I have the permission to be weird. Or angry or confused or delighted or all of the above or none of the above. I have the permission to feel however I feel. My feelings are valid and understandable.

What you want vs what you need.
all i need now is a hug and for you to tell me that everything’s gonna be all right.
People should learn how to let go and know their boundaries.
